2-8 Year Workmanship Warranty and Labor

 With our process, before we even paint your house we take care of any old paint damage or minor issues that need repairing, existing minor problems with your property won’t affect the workmanship we give you.

WARRANTY WORK PERFORMED:

• This warranty is against peeling, chipping, or blistering of the newly applied paint or stain, as the result of poor workmanship.   
• The work will be done in a good or workmanlike manner, free of major defects.
• Prep failed area to level stated in contract
• Repair peeling, chipping, blistering paint ONLY in the area of failure. (Paint sheen and color may not be an exact match due to fading.)
• Repair failed painted areas at no labor, overhead, or materials cost to customer.

 2-8 year limited warranty:    doesn't cover damage due to:

• Ordinary wear and tear
• Extreme weather conditions
• Fading and discoloration
• Lower-quality paint will usually come with a shorter term of warranty.

CLAIMANT MUST:

• Provide a copy of the original signed contract
• Contact within warranty period as SOON as defect is known
• Show proof contract was paid in full
• Make property available to Contractor and subcontractors to perform the work
